Phillip C. Hawkins

Firm owner Phillip C. Hawkins, is a native to Oklahoma. He grew up in rural Oklahoma north of Tulsa. He is an avid sports fan and loves to watch basketball and take time to go fishing when he’s not competing in Crossfit athletic events. Phil currently lives in Tulsa with his side-kick Louden, a friendly black lab who also serves as our office mascot.


Phil is an active member in the community through various professional organizations including Lawyers for Working Oklahomans and the Oklahoma Association of Justice. He began practicing law in May of 1992 after earning his Bachelor’s degree

Entering the legal arena as an insurance defense attorney gave Phil a keen understanding of the ins and outs of the insurance industry and it didn’t take long for him to realize that he would rather represent injured Oklahomans who truly needed his help.


After leaving insurance defense, he founded his own firm, Hawkins Law, and he has dedicated his career to protecting and fighting for injured individuals in Oklahoma.
